If your regular nanny is away or calls in sick, we activate our emergency nanny pool straight away — matched profiles, a quick intro call, and cover in place the same day where needed.

Emergency cover
Nanny off sick, school closed, plans collapsed
Skip the diary. Call or message us with the dates, times and ages and we go straight to the vetted carers who are free. Same-day cover: we aim to respond within 2 hours, 7 days a week.
Holiday & planned cover
Half term, Easter or the summer to fill
School-holiday blocks book up 4–6 weeks ahead — Easter and summer go first. Send us your dates and we'll hold a block while we match an active carer to your children's ages and sports.
We take on a limited number of new families each week so every match gets proper attention. September after-school starts are usually matched during the previous term.
