Holiday & planned cover
Half term, Easter or the summer to fill
School-holiday blocks book up 4–6 weeks ahead — Easter and summer go first. Send us your dates and we'll hold a block while we match an active carer to your children's ages and sports.
We take on a limited number of new families each week so every match gets proper attention. September after-school starts are usually matched during the previous term.

Hourly rate estimator

This is a guide only — final rates depend on hours, duties, qualifications and specific family requirements.
4-month replacement guarantee
For roles over 20 hours per week (Mon–Fri) that use our one-time placement fee, your placement is covered by a 4-month replacement guarantee. If the nanny leaves, the role does not work out, or you are unsatisfied for a genuine reason within that period, we will find one replacement candidate at no extra charge.

Membership fees are separate from your nanny's pay. We recommend £15–£18 gross per hour as an entry-level range, in line with the London Living Wage, rising to up to £20 gross per hour for more experienced nannies.
